Illustrations for Uni-Ball pens

The pen manufacturer Mitsubishi Pencil Europe commissioned me to create these original, Japanese-themed line drawings for the new branding and packaging of their Uni-Pin fineline pen sets. The first drawing is a view of Himeji Castle, the famous historical landmark in the city of Himeji in central Japan, and the second is a view of an atmospheric residential street in Tokyo, with the Skytree in the background. Created using Uni-Pin fineliners, both drawings were based on photographs I personally took on a trip to Japan in 2016.
